SnoWhite Property Maintenance is an Auckland-based exterior cleaning business, providing house washing, roof washing and treatment, gutter cleaning, water blasting, driveway cleaning, and residential and commercial building washing services across the greater Auckland region.

  • Information you submit through our website's contact and quote request forms.
  • Information about how you found us and interacted with our advertising, such as which Google ad you clicked before making an enquiry.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you when you request a quote, book a job, or contact us by phone, email, or our website. We also collect information automatically through our website's contact and quote forms, and through Google's advertising and analytics tools when you interact with our ads or website (see “Cookies and Tracking” below).

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide quotes and respond to enquiries.
  • Schedule and deliver the services you have booked.
  • Communicate with you about your job, including confirmations and follow-ups.
  • Invoice and process payment for services provided.
  • Improve our services, website, and advertising.

5. Who We Share Information With

We share personal information only where necessary, and only with parties who are expected to handle it responsibly. This includes:

  • Google — for website analytics, advertising (Google Ads), and conversion tracking. Some of this information (such as which ad led to an enquiry) is shared with Google in an anonymised or aggregated form.
  • Our website hosting and email providers, who store the information submitted through our website and sent to us by email.
  • Our team and any contractors who need access to deliver services on our behalf.
  • Government agencies, regulators, or legal authorities where required by law.

Some of these providers may store or process information outside New Zealand. By providing your information, you consent to it being transferred and stored in this way. We take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to be handled securely.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising — for example, recognising when a website visit or phone call has resulted from a Google ad. This information is generally aggregated and does not identify you personally. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Enquiry and job information is generally retained for the life of the client relationship and a reasonable period afterwards.

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct any information that is inaccurate.
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal retention obligations.
  • Complain to us, or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, about how we handle your information.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on our website, or on request from james@snowhite.nz.
